Moloko Ephraim Phooko is the founder and director of Moloko Phooko Attorneys. He obtained LLB from the university of Pretoria in 2001. He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2003. He worked as a professional assistant with LP Nyoffu Attorneys. He was appointed the Commissioner of the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation & Arbitration (CCMA) in 2007 on part-time basis, a position he holds to date. In the same year he received advanced Commercial Law training in the Republic of Ireland on the program initiated by the Law Society of South Africa and the Irish Law Society. Upon his return from Ireland, he established the firm Moloko Phooko Attorneys. In 2010 he was appointed the Commissioner of Small Claims Court Molemole Magistrate Court. The position he holds to date. In 2011 he was appointed the part time Commissioner of General Public Service Sectoral Council (GPSSBC) the position he holds to date. In the same year he was appointed to Tokiso Dispute Resolution Center as part time panellist to date. In 2015 he was appointed by the Minister of Higher Education to serve on the Waterberg Tvet college Council until 2020. In the same year he was appointed by the Minister of Labour as a Presiding officer at the Compensation Fund. The same year was appointed as part time Commissioner of South African Local Government Bargaining Council (SALGBC). In 2018 he was appointed by the Minister of Finance as the Presiding officer of the Tax Board (SARS) Limpopo Province. In 2022 he was appointed by the MEC of Health Limpopo Province to serve the Deputy Chairperson of Mokopane Regional Hospital. He is too he final stage of his LLM Labour Law with Unisa. He is passionate about the application of the law to improve the social ills in the community. To that extent he serves the community with dedication, distinction and steadfastly.

Ramokone Maureen Mashita is the Secretary of Moloko Phooko Attorneys. She holds Diploma in Call Centre Operator from Boston Business College and Gold certificate in Computer Literacy from Avuxeni Computer Academy. She worked as a temporary Sales Lady at Conference Communication from Nov 2007 to March 2008 and at Mafafo Building Construction as Office 7 Admin from May to October 2007; from November 2007 she started working at Moloko Phooko Attorneys as Secretary to date.
